Component Integration: Responsible for connecting and integrating automobile components for Dura (Abaqus) attributes using engineering pre-processor software like ANSA and Hypermesh.
Meshing Expertise: Proficient in all connection types, contact definitions, and meshing methods, including 2D and 3D meshing (hexas, tetras) for sheet metal, plastics, and solids in Hypermesh.
Connection Expertise: Expertise in 1D and 2D connections.
Problem Solving: Ability to participate in developing action plans and solutions for critical issues.
Documentation: Understand and complete modeling documentation, such as checksheets and query presentations.
Modeling and Integration: Ability to conceptualize and work on individual components, as well as integrate sub-assemblies.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
Supervision and Guidance: Easy to supervision to ensure understanding of Ford procedures and CETPs.
Quality Assurance: Work will undergo moderate review by senior engineers to ensure model quality.
