Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI/ML models and generative AI applications to solve complex business challenges
• Build and optimize AI agents, LLM-based systems, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Develop scalable machine learning solutions leveraging transformer architectures and modern AI frameworks
• Deploy and maintain AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices, continuously improving our AI infrastructure

Required Skills:

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
• Core AI/ML: Deep understanding of machine learning/deep learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation
• Generative AI: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI techniques
• Advanced AI: Experience building AI agents, implementing RAG systems, and working with transformer models
• Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience deploying and managing AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
