CAE Model Building Engineer (STLA VEHE)

Role Overview

• Experience: 3–6 years in automotive CAE model building, preferably for Stellantis VEHE (Vehicle Engineering) programs.
• Hands-on experience in post-meshing model build activities for vehicle structures.
• Strong knowledge of mesh quality checks, model cleanup and validation.
• Experience in defining and validating connections, welds, bolts and other FE connectors.
• Good understanding of contact definitions and contact validation.
• Experience with FE model assembly and integration for vehicle-level simulations.
• Basic to intermediate experience in durability analysis/model preparation is preferred.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with latest Stellantis CAE/FE modeling methodologies and standards.
• Proficiency in ANSA and relevant CAE tools; familiarity with ABAQUS is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, model quality and adherence to customer-specific processes.
