Vehicle Intersystem Engineer – Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Develop, integrate, and validate Vehicle Dynamics (VD), Chassis Control, Vehicle Motion Control (VMC), and Traction Control System (TCS) functions.
- Coordinate integration between Powertrain, ADAS, Chassis, Thermal Management, Battery Management System (BMS), and Vehicle Control Systems.
- Integrate and validate Powertrain Control Systems, including torque management and ECU communication.
- Support Thermal Management and Battery Management System (BMS) integration, including battery cooling and thermal protection strategies.
- Define and manage interfaces between vehicle subsystems, ensuring seamless System-of-Systems integration.
- Work with automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, and FlexRay.
- Perform vehicle-level integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Use automotive engineering tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, CANoe, CANalyzer,
