Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

List of Activities-

  • Develop equivalent circuit models (e.g., RC models) for battery cells to simulate electrical behavior
  • Design and implement thermal models to analyze and optimize heat dissipation in battery systems
  • Build system-level battery pack models for electrical and thermal performance evaluation
  • Perform cycle life modeling to predict battery degradation under different operating conditions
  • Develop derating algorithms to optimize battery performance and longevity based on thermal and electrical constraints
  • Conduct simulations to evaluate the impact of different charging and discharging profiles on battery life
  • Analyze experimental data to validate simulation models and refine parameters
  • Optimize battery thermal management strategies for improved efficiency and safety
  • Based on simulation result, advise on design or process optimization
  • Participate in knowledge sharing within the team

Involve in Continuous improvement of simulation process

Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in CAE, Battery modules
  • Strong experience 1D Multiphysics process modelling & simulation.
  • Strong Programming knowledge in Python and MATLAB
