Main Roles And Responsibilities
- Executed Crash Impact simulation for Seating OR Interiors - IP, Console, Door Trims, Bumper, Overhead Consoles, Headliners, Pillar trims,
- Executed Head impact, Intrusion studies, Passenger Airbag Deployment,
- Appropriate Representation of Kinematic Joints, Connectivity, Attachments their Degree of Freedom for Modal analysis and stiffness calculation.
- Convert Physical Test Scenario to FE domain
- Correlate the results for available test models and FE models
- Good Communication Skills to present status/reports/results to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide Planning and execution details to stakeholders and adhere to the same
- Provide and Execute Design Iteration for meeting the requirements
