Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai

1. Job Objective

Conduct CAE analysis, integrate virtual simulations for new designs, and develop SOPs while leveraging extensive experience in mechanical engineering and CAE tools.

Primary responsibilitie

Level Specific Accountabilities:

• Introducing the practice virtual simulation of experiments using CAE tools specially for new designs
• Will require similar skills as that of a Mechanical designer and will have to learn many more new skills in using CAE software, conducting physical experiments, analyzing results, preparing reports and developing SOPs
• Doing CAE analysis of components and machines as per requirements from time to time. This will require meshing, modeling for analysis, analyzing output results.
• Conducting physical tests, analyzing results, establishing correlations with analysis results
• Creating SOPs for various CAE activities
• Undertaking assignments in design and development activities
• Maintaining records design related analysis, observations and conclusions

Scope of Decision Making:

• Works under direct guidance and detailed work instructions, with close monitoring and review from the level above.
• Works under the guidance to resolve employee queries in the area of expertise.

Key Result Areas

• Perform CAE analysis on components and machines, including meshing, modeling, and result analysis.
• Conduct physical tests and correlate findings with CAE results.
• Develop and implement SOPs for CAE activities.
• Contribute to design and development projects.
• Maintain records of design-related analyses and conclusions.

Qualifications

• B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 12-15 Years of Experience
