Job Summary:
Seeking a CAE Safety analysis Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in automotive background. Exp - 3 to 8 Yrs
Location - Chennai
Domain - Automotive
Key Skills - Hypermesh/ANSA, LS Dyna, Primer & METAPOST
Key Requirements:
>> Front/Side Impact structural engineer--
>> Perform CAE simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness performance for high-speed impact using LS-DYNA.
>> Utilize safety CAE standard work procedures for impact simulations and assure high quality simulation results, outputs, reports and presentations.
>> Generate feasible and timely vehicle design recommendations and technical solutions to meet impact safety performance targets for the vehicle.
>> Working knowledge of CAE with experience in LS-DYNA, PRIMER, METAPOST, ANSA, HYPERWORKS, modassem, rrad scripts and other CAE tools is must
>> Domain Knowledge: Safety Regulations, Design, LSDYNA, NCAP FMVSS, ENCAP etc..
>> Engineer should be able to do quick mesh/connections for iterative studies.
