We are looking for a CAE Analyst – Thermal CFD with strong hands-on experience in full-vehicle thermal analysis and automotive systems.

The role will involve executing thermal CFD analyses, identifying thermal issues, correlating simulation results with physical test data, developing countermeasures, and independently delivering projects while interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-vehicle thermal analysis and identify potential thermal issues.
- Build CFD models using ANSA.
- Set up boundary conditions using UH3D and TAITHERM/RADTHERM.
- Perform internal-flow simulations using STAR-CCM+.
- Conduct CFD correlation with physical test data and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop and troubleshoot fan models, front-end openings, and heat-rejection calculations.
- Debug simulations involving RADTHERM, STAR-CCM+ and coupled analysis.
- Perform ENSIGHT post-processing and prepare technical reports.
- Analyze heat exchanger data sheets and interpret relevant performance parameters.
- Recommend corrective actions for thermal issues, including heat-shield placement and other thermal countermeasures.
- Independently handle and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Communicate technical findings, issues, and recommendations effectively with customers and internal teams.
