Construct high-quality durability CAE assembly models for chassis and suspension systems, including the precise definition of constraints and load cases
Perform comprehensive stiffness, strength, and durability analyses to ensure component integrity and performance
Apply advanced durability CAE methodologies to support the development and optimization of suspension subsystems and components
Partner with Chassis systems and component departments to provide analytical support for product development and engineering problem-solving
Work closely with D&R engineers to enhance model predictability, correlation, and validation efforts
Execute model-to-test correlations to verify subsystem functionality and ensure simulation accuracy
Analyze and interpret complex simulation results, draw data-driven conclusions, and provide detailed technical documentation
Effectively communicate technical findings, project updates, and recommendations to all cross-functional stakeholders
Domain Knowledge
Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and durability software, specifically Abaqus, nCode
Extensive experience with pre-processing and meshing tools such as HyperWorks / ANSA, complemented by exposure to CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE platform
Experience navigating PLM environments to manage engineering data, with Siemens Teamcenter preferred
Deep technical understanding of chassis systems, including suspension and mounting subsystems
Proven ability to develop high-fidelity CAE models and perform rigorous model-to-test correlations in collaboration with physical testing teams
