Job Description

Domain knowledge:

  • Should be proficient in LS dyna Solver.
  • Should be proficient in the HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph, ANSA, LS-Prepost

Job Description:

1 Creation of Seat CAE Models for Strength Analysis and comfort

2 Ability to do Integration [Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections]

3 Able to build 1St Row, 2nd Row and 3rd Row Seat models

4 Able define all Mechanisms (Recliner, Latch, Track, etc)

5 Able to carry out Closures strength analysis such as Sag, Side door Impact, Oil canning etc.

6 Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.

7 Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions.

8 Responsible for all documentation of all work and preparation of lessons learnt documentation to provide benchmark knowledge for future work on other programs.

9 Participate in developing action plans and solutions for critical issues

10 Discuss day-to-day project related concerns with the customer and GES partners

11 Responsible for the verbal and written communication with the customers

12 Responsible for successfully delivering projects without any issues
