We are looking for experienced CAE Analysis Engineers / Senior Engineers with strong automotive CAE expertise in Full Vehicle and Subsystem-level simulations.

Role Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality CAE analysis for full vehicle and subsystem models across Durability, Crash & Safety, and NVH domains. The role involves preparing solver-ready FE models, running simulations, debugging models, post-processing results, and ensuring compliance with OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end CAE analysis for Full Vehicle and Subsystem models

• Prepare solver-ready FE models with proper connections, loads, boundary conditions, and analysis setup

• Perform simulations using relevant solvers based on domain requirements:

 – Abaqus for Durability

 – LS-DYNA for Crash & Safety

 – Nastran for NVH

• Run, debug, and troubleshoot simulation models

• Post-process results and prepare technical observations/reports

• Ensure model quality, accuracy, and compliance with OEM standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and timely simulation outputs

• Support design improvement discussions based on CAE results

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–12 years of experience in Automotive CAE

• Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Crash & Safety, Durability, or NVH

• Experience with Full Vehicle or Subsystem-level FE analysis

• Working knowledge of solvers such as Abaqus, LS-DYNA, or Nastran

• Good understanding of FE modelling, load cases, boundary conditions, connections, and result interpretation

• Ability to debug solver errors and ensure clean, robust simulation runs

• Exposure to OEM standards and automotive development processes will be preferred
