Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) Engineer located in Chennai. The CADD Engineer will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings, plans, and designs for UPS systems in accordance with project specifications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, supporting project execution, and updating existing designs as necessary. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and assisting with design reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CADD software tools and technical drawing skills
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, UPS designs, and engineering principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in electrical design or UPS systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance for electrical systems
