Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and skilled CAD Trainer / Engineering Faculty to deliver training on various design and engineering software tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students, conducting practical sessions, and supporting them in developing industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver training on CAD and design software such as:
- AutoCAD, Revit (Architecture/MEP), SolidWorks, CATIA, NX CAD, Ansys, BIM, Primavera, MS Project
- Conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions
- Assess student training needs and customize sessions accordingly
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software updates
- Support in conducting corporate training, college workshops, and demos
- Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment
Eligibility Criteria:- BE / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong software knowledge can apply)
- Good knowledge of at least one or more CAD/design tools
Skills Required:- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Ability to engage and manage students effectively
- Basic industry knowledge in respective domain
Preferred:- Prior teaching/training experience
- Hands-on project or industry exposure
Additional Requirements:- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work in a training/EdTech environment
