About the Role

Inkers Technology is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with expertise in rebar detailing and reinforcement modeling. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate reinforcement models, preparing shop drawings, and coordinating with structural and BIM teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D reinforcement models for structural projects.
• Create detailed rebar shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and fabrication drawings.
• Work with structural engineers to interpret design drawings and specifications.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Review and validate reinforcement quantities and constructability.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and resolve design/modeling issues.
• Maintain project documentation and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in rebar detailing/modeling.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:
• CADS RC
• Autodesk Revit
• Tekla Structures
• SOFiSTiK Reinforcement
• Bentley ProConcrete
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures and detailing standards.
• Experience preparing BBS and reinforcement schedules.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of international standards such as ACI, BS, Eurocode, or local codes.
• Experience in BIM coordination.
