Job Description :- CAD Specialist
Location: Gurgaon
About the Role:
We are looking for a CAD Specialist with strong AutoCAD skills and exposure to CAFM/IWMS platforms (e.g., TRIRIGA, Archibus, Planon).
This role supports workplace strategy, space planning, and occupancy management by ensuring accurate floor plans and data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain AutoCAD floor plans and integrate them into CAFM systems.
- Ensure space data accuracy, create occupancy reports, and support space audits.
- Support workplace teams with test fits, stacking plans, and move/add/change activities.
- Maintain drawing standards and documentation.
- Assist in user support and reporting for CAFM tools (TRIRIGA experience preferred, can be trained).
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in AutoCAD; basic exposure to CAFM systems is required.
- Understanding of space planning and workplace data management.
- Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail.
Good to Have:
- TRIRIGA or similar CAFM experience
- Experience in corporate real estate or workplace management
