About the Role
We are seeking a CAD Manager – BBG (E) to join our Retail Asset Operations team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day transactions related to BBG (Business Banking Group) operations, including onboarding, limit setup, disbursement, repayment scheduling, and payment processing. The candidate will also oversee archival and retrieval processes, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder coordination are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding processes for Agri products.
- Handle limit setup for Cash Credit and Overdraft accounts, including disbursement and repayment scheduling.
- Execute payment processes and ensure error-free transaction processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Maintain and manage archival and retrieval of documentation.
- Prepare and publish MIS reports related to limit setup and disbursement.
- Ensure all processes comply with organizational policies and maintain zero error rates.
- Possess thorough knowledge of Agri-related systems and processes, with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Collect and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory reporting.
- Present data insights to senior management and external parties using MS Office tools.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, including legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC) coordination.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail asset operations, preferably in CAD or Agri loan processing.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of Agri product processes and systems.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance standards.
