About the Role:
We are seeking experienced CAD Jewellery professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Rhino and Matrix, who are willing to transition into a full-time Instructor / Mentor role.
And the Selected candidates will receive structured training and certification to become professional CAD Jewellery instructors, enabling them to deliver industry aligned, high quality training.
Important: This position is strictly for Instructor / Mentor roles.
Pure CAD Designer / production-only candidates should not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions in CAD Jewellery Design using Rhino & Matrix
- Mentor students through practical, industry-based CAD projects
- Explain jewellery design concepts, workflows, and best practices
- Assess student performance and provide structured feedback
- Support curriculum delivery aligned with current industry standards
- Continuously upgrade skills in line with evolving CAD tools and trends
Key Skills & Competencies
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Rhino & Matrix
- Strong foundation in jewellery design and CAD modeling
- Willingness and aptitude to teach, mentor, and guide learners
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Positive learning mindset and adaptability
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Jewellery Design, CAD Design, or related field
- Rhino / Matrix certification is an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be willing to work as a CAD Mentor / Instructor
- Must have 3 to 8 Years of exp
- Must be Mumbai-based or willing to work locally
- Available for immediate joining or within 10 days
