CAD Jewellery Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CAD Jewellery Designer located in Borivali. The CAD Jewellery Designer will be responsible for designing and creating jewellery pieces using CAD software. Daily tasks include conceptualizing and creating 3D jewellery models, translating design briefs into detailed renderings, working closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility, and modifying existing designs as requested. The designer will also collaborate with the creative team to produce innovative and market-relevant jewellery designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD Design, Jewellery Design, and rendering software such as Matrix, Rhino, or JewelCAD
• Strong technical drawing and 3D modeling skills
• Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewellery manufacturing processes
• Attention to detail and ability to create intricate designs
• Experience in collaborating with production teams to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic standards
• Strong creativity and ability to conceptualize unique and market-relevant jewellery designs
• Good communication skills to convey design concepts clearly
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Jewellery Design, Product Design, or a related field; prior experience in the jewellery industry is preferred
