CAD Executive

Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CAD Executive with 2-3 years of experience in architectural drafting and design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in advanced AutoCAD commands and have at least 6 months of hands-on experience working on outsourced architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD

• Interpret design inputs and translate them into accurate technical drawings

• Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure design intent and compliance

• Work on outsourced architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

• Maintain drawing logs, revision records, and project documentation

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, client specifications, and local building codes

• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during project execution

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential 3D is a plus)

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and drafting standards

• Experience in outsourcing workflows and coordination with remote teams

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Good communication and documentation skills
