Job Description
We are looking for a Lighting planning & CAD Executive who can translate spatial requirements into effective lighting layouts. The role involves understanding client needs, planning lighting placements, and creating CAD drawings and visual mock-ups for residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand architectural drawings and space layouts.
Plan functional and decorative lighting layouts for different types of spaces.
Prepare and update lighting plans on AutoCAD.
Create visual mock-ups / lighting concepts for client presentations.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams to refine designs based on client feedback.
Ensure lighting designs balance aesthetics, functionality, and technical feasibility.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Basic understanding of lighting design principles.
Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
Experience with SketchUp / 3D visualization / mock-up tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and spatial understanding.
