CAD Engineer

We're Hiring: CAD Engineer (Fresher) Manufacturing Industry

Are you a Mechanical Engineering graduate eager to build a hands-on career in design and manufacturing We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Engineer (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team and grow with us.

What You'll Do

CAD Design Support

* Create and modify basic 2D drawings and 3D models under the guidance of senior engineers

* Update designs based on feedback from production or quality teams

* Learn and apply GD&T principles in drawings

Production & Shop-Floor Exposure

* Support CNC machine operators during program trials and prototype development

* Assist in identifying machining issues and coordinating corrections

* Participate in fixture development, tool selection, and basic setup activities

Documentation & Process Control

* Maintain updated design files, setup sheets, and technical documentation

* Follow company standards for version control and CAD workflows

* Assist in preparing production-ready documentation

Learning & Continuous Improvement

* Participate in training related to CAD, CNC machining, and manufacturing processes

* Gain hands-on exposure to shop-floor operations from day one

* Suggest improvements in design and process flow as skills develop

Skills We're Looking For

Technical Skills (Preferred, training provided)

* Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar)

* Understanding of mechanical components, drawings, and tolerances

* Familiarity with CNC milling/turning concepts (academic exposure acceptable)

Soft Skills

* Strong willingness to learn and adapt

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication and teamwork ability

* Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education & Experience

* Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields

* 01 year experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
