Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed CAD models for piping, lift, and TPL systems using UGNX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hydraulic components into overall system designs.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform detailed analysis and simulations to optimize system performance.
Document design specifications and maintain accurate project records.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to improve design efficiency.
Support the manufacturing team with accurate and detailed technical drawings.
Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and industry trends to enhance design processes.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues.
Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices.

Qualification Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in CAD modeling, especially in Piping and Hydraulics.
Proficiency in UGNX and other relevant CAD software.
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and component design.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical details.
Experience with design for manufacturing principles.
Familiarity with industry-standard design practices and regulations.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
