Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai, India

We are looking for a talented Engineer – Design (CAD / PLM Systems) to join our global engineering support team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing CAD and PLM systems while enabling efficient design processes across multiple locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have a strong foundation in CAD design tools and are interested in working on globally integrated engineering systems.

Main accountabilities of the role:

  • Administer and support CAD and PDM/PLM systems (maintenance, performance, and enhancements)
  • Provide first and second-level support to engineering users
  • Deliver training and ongoing assistance to CAD/PDM users and key stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of engineering systems
  • Support implementation of new tools, upgrades, and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Creo Parametric
  • Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM systems
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Structured, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
  • Experience in global or cross-functional environments is an advantage
