Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in CAD/CAM/CAE software sales or engineering solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers in manufacturing and engineering sectors, and driving revenue through solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as automotive, aerospace, tooling, and heavy engineering.
- Promote and sell CAD/CAM/CAE software solutions and related services.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams for solution demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and achieve assigned targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE tools (e.g., NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, Altair, ANSYS, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering concepts.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to engineering software sales or application support.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in manufacturing or industrial domain.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing, simulation, or PLM solutions is an advantage.
