Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and define the architecture for scalable desktop applications and plugins.
- Ensure software design follows SOLID principles and established coding standards.
- Make technical decisions on tools, frameworks, and development patterns.
- Provide a solution to the blocker or any technical aspects
- Diagnose and provide a solution for the development blocker or issues
- Participate in 100% of critical code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Application performance (the application does what it's supposed to do without consuming more CPU, memory, or other resources)
- Enforce coding standards, security protocols, CI/CD processes.
Additional Skills:
- Lead day-to-day development activities.
- Break down features into tasks and assign them to developers.
- Make technical choices between frameworks, libraries, and design approaches.
- Work with project/product managers to plan sprints and estimate timelines.
