We are hiring for Cabling Coordinator

1. Experience and Skills:

• The candidate should have hands-on experience with cabling work, including fiber and copper cabling.
• Experience in a data center environment is preferred.
• The role requires someone who has transitioned from a cabling engineer to a more managerial or coordination role.
• A total of 7-8 years of experience is ideal, with 3-4 years in hands-on cabling and 2-3 years in a supervisory or coordination role.

1. Responsibilities:

• Oversee cabling work remotely, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with cabling vendors to ensure they complete their tasks properly.
• Schedule activities, close tickets on time, and meet SLAs.
• Ensure proper planning to avoid unnecessary overtime.

1. Work Schedule:

• The position is Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 India time.
• Cabling work is typically done on weekends, and the team will have a roster for extra hours.
• Compensation time off is provided for weekend work.
