Role Description The Cabin Crew Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based at URBX Pilot & Aviation Academy in Kochi. This role is responsible for delivering classroom and practical training for aspiring cabin crew, covering safety and emergency procedures, service standards, grooming, and professional conduct. The trainer will design lesson plans, develop training materials, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help learners meet industry benchmarks. Daily responsibilities include facilitating interactive sessions, organizing simulations and role-plays, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring compliance with relevant airline and regulatory requirements. The Cabin Crew Trainer will also collaborate with other faculty members to update curriculum content, participate in student counseling, and contribute to continuous improvement of training quality.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in cabin crew operations, including in-flight safety procedures, emergency protocols, and passenger service standards.
  • Strong training and facilitation skills, with experience in classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and competency-based assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate diverse groups of learners.
  • Professional presentation, grooming, and customer service skills that reflect current airline industry expectations.
  • Prior experience as cabin crew or cabin crew trainer with a recognized airline or aviation training organization is highly preferred.
  • Ability to design and update training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools aligned with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative academic environment and adapting to evolving training needs.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in aviation, hospitality, travel management, or a related field; professional certifications in aviation training are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in aviation are beneficial.
