Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cab Driver based in Noida. The Cab Driver will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation services for customers, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance, and following all traffic laws and safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records related to trips, reporting vehicle issues, and contributing to excellent customer service experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in driving and understanding of automotive maintenance
- Basic training in safety protocols and road regulations
- Customer service and on-the-spot problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the local area and routes in and around Noida
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with passengers
- Prior experience in driving or public transportation is a plus
- Commitment to punctuality and passenger safety
