Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive B2B lead generation and demand generation for SaaS and AI solutions.
- Build and manage Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on buyer personas, firmographics, and intent signals.
- Optimize campaign performance to improve MQLs, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
- Manage conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and related analytics tools.
- Work closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in SaaS, AI, growth marketing, and digital advertising.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SaaS, AI, Cloud, Data, or Technology products.
- Understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and B2B customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications preferred.
