Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager with a strong focus on Release Management to drive end-to-end release cycles and ensure smooth, timely product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management:
- Own and drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple products/workstreams
- Define program roadmap, milestones, and delivery plans aligned to business goals
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for planning, tracking, and execution (Agile/SAFe)
- Track KPIs: delivery timelines, velocity, quality, and business outcomes
- Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and escalations proactively
- Drive stakeholder communication, including executive-level reporting
Release Management
- Define and govern release management strategy and calendar (monthly/quarterly releases)
- Coordinate release planning, readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions
- Ensure code, configuration, and infrastructure readiness across environments
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure release automation and consistency
- Manage release documentation, versioning, and change logs
- Ensure rollback strategies, release validation, and post-release monitoring
- Lead post-release retrospectives and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Release / Program / Project Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in software release management.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and release processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Good to Have
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Basic understanding of product workflows
