Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive high-value leads and enhance the overall growth of our SaaS products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in generating high-quality leads through innovative marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a robust lead generation strategy tailored to our target market- primarily the United States. Focus on attracting high value leads and optimizing the marketing funnel to convert them into qualified opportunities. Work with vendors or lead generation companies to run the motion.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, email, and events. Ensure campaigns are data-driven and aligned with company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and ROI of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, recommending adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
  • Brand Positioning: Enhance brand positioning and awareness in the market through strategic messaging, thought leadership, and consistent brand representation.
  • Events and Networking: Identify and participate in international technology events and summits to increase brand visibility and build a robust leads pipeline.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Website Management: Oversee the management, content strategy, and performance optimization of the company's website. Ensure the website is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and continuously updated to reflect the company's offerings, brand messaging, and lead generation goals. Collaborate with designers and developers to improve functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7-9 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and demand generation within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Education: MBA from a premier institute. Bachelor's degree in computer science with a strong understanding of technology or an understanding of the AI/ML space will be a plus.
