Job Summary
We are seeking a
talented and passionate Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic product design team. In this role, you will help shape our global health plan and wellbeing platform by applying hands-on UX design and product-thinking expertise.
You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define problems, conduct user research, design interactive experiences, and deliver detailed design specifications that enhance usability, scalability, and accessibility across our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to frame problems and define design goals.
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and task analysis to identify opportunities for improved user experiences.
- Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Quality Engineers to evaluate technical feasibility and ensure design fidelity in implementation.
- Contribute to and expand our Design System, proposing new components and patterns where necessary.
- Lead or support usability testing, synthesizing feedback to refine and validate design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply strong visual design principles layout, color, hierarchy, and typography to deliver intuitive, elegant interfaces.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and support junior designers, sharing best practices and encouraging design collaboration across teams.
Required Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design, preferably on cross-functional agile teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and other design collaboration tools.
- Strong skills in responsive web design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to justify design decisions effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, Wellbeing, or Fitness product design.
- Familiarity with data-driven products and data visualization design.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems or scalable UI component libraries.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience designing admin tools or complex web platforms.
