CA-Technical Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounting advice and transactional support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, structured finance, debt and equity offerings, leasing, and derivatives.
• Draft technical accounting memos and support accounting policy and governance initiatives.
• Conduct technical research using guidance from FASB, SEC, IASB, and publicly available filings.
• Support in the interpretation and implementation of new accounting standards.
• Benchmark client data against industry standards and recommend improvements.
• Ensure quality in client deliverables by managing engagement progress and timelines.
• Apply professional judgment to complex accounting situations, including regulatory compliance.
• Identify engagement and client service issues and communicate effectively with Managers and Senior Managers.
