Responsibilities:
Review daily and monthly PNL and NAV reports
Prepare and review investor allocations
Review MIS reconciliation and resolve complex breaks
Improve month-end timelines through continuous process improvement initiatives
Review financial statements and ensure accuracy
Develop control checks and drive straight-through processing in fund accounting
Supervise and guide team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless operations
