About The Role
ATMS & CO LLP is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join its CFO Advisory Services team as a CA Manager. The role offers extensive exposure to Virtual CFO assignments, financial planning, strategic advisory, compliance management, and client engagement across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Virtual CFO assignments for multiple clients.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Support business planning, financial modeling, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead client meetings and provide financial advisory support.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in MIS Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Financial Analysis and Business Advisory Skills.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of Direct Tax, GST, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Client management and stakeholder coordination.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in CFO Advisory, Finance, Consulting, or Audit.
- Experience in handling client-facing assignments preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work independently.
