CA Management Trainees

We are hiring CA Management Trainees (MTs) for a structured development program designed to provide a holistic understanding of the Finance function and accelerate future leadership readiness.

As a CA MT, you will undergo multiple cross-functional stints across key Finance domains, including:

• Internal Audit (IA)
• Finance Business Partnering
• Financial Reporting (FR)
• Controllership & Governance
• Business Finance and Strategic Projects

The program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to diverse aspects of finance, helping you develop a comprehensive understanding of how finance enables business performance, governance, decision-making, and growth. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be deployed into suitable roles across the Finance organization based on business requirements, performance, and individual strengths.
