RoleDescription:

The Business Finance functionis responsible forthe production of business level revenue attribution, financialaccountingand financial disclosures.It ensuresaccurateandtimelydailyreporting of Profit and Loss (PnL) for each business unit and ensures that the drivers behind the risk positions andPnLare fully understood and explained.It also ensures thatallthe Bank's transactions and positions are correctly reflected in the Bank's accounting records and disclosures,in accordance withrelevant accounting standardsduring monthend's.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for theaccurateandtimelyproduction of daily T+1 P&L production,attributionand analysis.

• Providing daily commentary and variance investigation to Front Office traders and senior Finance managers

• Responsible formonthlyFinancial Control activity such astimely&accuratereporting of Ledger by taking manual journals.

• Problem solving like break investigationsuch as Model vs Actual(Ledger) Cash, FO/MO system vs trade docs etcandrepresentingdata analysisis criticalfor success in this role.

• Ensure compliance to risk and control guidelines.

• Understand trade flows, booking structures and ensure that the trades are capturedin accordance withsuch defined structure which will enableaccuratefunding cost allocation through Funds transfer pricing.

Your skills and experience

• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes responsibilities, and escalatesissuesas necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong Word and Excel skillsrequired

• Need to be a good team player

• Eagerness to learn and apply knowledge in practice
