Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a CA Inter at Amar Pure Gold, located in Panchkula. The role involves assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, conducting audits, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The chosen candidate will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in monitoring budgets and expenditures effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Taxation, and Auditing standards
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budget preparation, and record reconciliation
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software like Tally or SAP
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• CA Inter qualification or equivalent and relevant experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the finance or gold industry is an asset

• Maintain complete books of accounts with accuracy
• Handle GST, SGST & other statutory compliances
• Prepare and file monthly & annual GST returns
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Assist in finalization of accounts & audits
• Maintain proper documentation & financial records
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors

• CA Inter qualified
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, SGST, TDS & Compliance
• Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation
• Proficient in Tally / ERP & MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
