About the Team:

The Finance & Accounting team plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of an organization. This team is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and controlling budgets. They oversee cost management, drive financial planning and analysis, and provide key insights to support strategic business decisions.

What you can look forward to as Industrial Trainee- Accounts & Auditing:

• Support in accounting activities and ensure compliances with IND-AS and IFRS requirements.
• Understanding Internal Control System and support the IFC-FR documentation.
• Supporting in preparation of the Statutory Financials (Standalone and Consolidated).
• Liaising with the Statutory Auditors and support in ensuring the clean audit reports.
• Understanding the Group Policies and work instructions.

Your profile as Industrial Trainee:

• Student registered under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (new scheme)
• Cleared 2nd Level of CA Intermediate examination and CA final attempt due in Nov 2026
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (excel, power point and access)
• Knowledge of ERP environment will be provided. Basic knowledge is additional advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office, Power Point and possess good presentation and interpersonal Skills.
