The Industrial Trainee – Finance will support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering activities with Business teams. The role aims to develop strong commercial and financial acumen through hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and process improvement initiatives.
This will also include understanding on General Ledger, Cost Centres and will contribute to data-driven decision-making and gain experience in end-to-end financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units.
- Assist in process improvement projects within finance and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost analysis and efficiency tracking.
- Contribute to management reporting and MIS preparation.
- Assist in variance analysis, root-cause identification, and preparation of insights for corrective action plans.
- Contribute to designing or refining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools based on business needs.
