FUNCTION: CFO

LOCATION: Thane, India

JOBTYPE: Temporary

ROLESENIORITY: Trainee

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

To strengthen the finance function's execution and control layer through reconciliations, compliance support, audit readiness, and internal control processes.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Support statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cost records and assist with cost audit activities.
• Prepare and update SOPs, IFC documentation, and internal control processes.
• Perform GST and TDS reconciliations (books vs. returns).
• Assist with compliance activities and preparation of working files for reviews.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate documentation and control adherence.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE

Main requirements:

• CA Final (appeared/cleared Group 1) with eligibility for Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
• Strong foundation in accounting, taxation (GST/TDS), and audit concepts
• Preference for candidates with Big 4 / top-tier articleship experience
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to handle data-intensive work and follow structured processes
