CA Industrial Trainee

The role is based in Global Risk Compliance Team.

Job location – Bangalore Electronic City Phase II (Work from Office Mon-Fri, no WFH)

Tenure – 1 year

Qualification: CA Intermediate with 1 year of Internship / articleship with a CA Firm

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be pursuing Chartered Accountancy course with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Must have completed both groups of CA intermediate exam and completed one year of articleship training with a CA firm (big 6 preferred). Other qualifications are not accepted.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, word, PPT) and working knowledge of AI preferred.
• Candidates with previous experience of Risk management, Internal Controls, Internal audit etc. preferred.

Job Description:

• Assisting Risk management team in day-to-day operations (interaction with global business stakeholders for risk management updates, documentation, meetings support)
• Support preparation and maintenance of functional and enterprise risk registers.
• Assisting with research work, drafting communications and preparing reports / PPT presentations
• Participate in special projects related to risk digitization, analytics, and process improvement.
• Will Closely work with Global Enterprise Risk Management Lead and Risk Management Specialists in driving risk agenda within Biocon.
