Experience: Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence / M&A
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Financial Due Diligence for acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including financial analysis, transaction evaluation, and deal execution.
- Analyse financial statements, profitability, cash flows, working capital, debt, and key financial risks.
- Identify financial, commercial, and operational risks during due diligence.
- Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis and transaction-related financial reports.
- Assist in valuation, financial modelling, deal structuring, and investment analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders during transactions.
- Support post-merger integration and financial assessment, wherever required.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management/investors.
