The company specializes in grain and food processing machinery, engineering solutions, and turnkey projects, serving domestic and international markets.

The Opportunity

The organization seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in *financial systems development, process design, and implementation*, along with comprehensive knowledge of finance and accounting.

The role's initial priority is to review, develop, streamline, and implement robust financial and accounting systems to strengthen organizational processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Systems Development & Implementation: Lead the development, design, implementation, and improvement of financial systems, accounting processes, SOPs, and internal control mechanisms.

- Process Automation & Standardization: Identify process gaps, streamline financial workflows, and implement effective systems for accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial monitoring.

- Financial Management: Oversee financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Taxation & Compliance: Manage GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.

- Costing & Financial Controls: Oversee manufacturing costing, project costing, cost analysis, profitability assessment, and financial controls.

- Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, inventory valuation, banking, and fund management.

- Audit & Risk Management: Coordinate statutory and internal audits and strengthen financial governance and compliance.

- Management Reporting: Develop effective MIS and financial reporting systems and provide analytical insights to support management decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Mandatory: Proven experience in financial systems development, process design, implementation, and process improvement.

- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing accounting systems, financial controls, SOPs, and MIS frameworks.
