Job Description

We are seeking a CA Financial Analyst to support our financial operations and project management. This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills, capable of providing financial guidance, and assisting with project-related challenges in a collaborative, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & Project Management: Ensure projects are set up correctly in the system, and their approvals and documentation are completed on time. You will assist the projects team with various adjustments and monitor monthly project close activities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Assist Global Practice heads and the PM group with business planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting. You'll review contracts, project financials, and budgets versus actuals, reporting any variances to management and the Finance Lead.
  • Process Improvement: Identify control points to promote best practices and provide automated solutions to resolve financial issues. You will also review aged invoicing and report your findings.
  • Collaboration & Training: Coordinate with your U.S. counterparts to resolve project-related issues. You'll also impart financial knowledge to project teams by conducting training sessions and interacting with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on financial and project accounting.
  • Soft Skills: You must be an excellent communicator, capable of coordinating with global teams and training non-financial staff. A willingness to travel within India and the U.S. is also required
