Finance Controller

Location: Bangalore, India

Salary: Up to ₹60 LPA

Experience Required: 8+ Years (Post-Qualification)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance and accounts function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement financial control processes and policies to ensure financial discipline across the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP, Income Tax, GST, and RBI/NBFC regulatory frameworks.
• Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Utilize ERP/accounting systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum of 8+ years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounts, with at least 3 years in a leadership/controllership role.
• Prior experience in gold loan companies, NBFCs, bullion trading, jewelry, or the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP, Income Tax, GST, and RBI/NBFC regulatory framework.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Proven experience managing statutory and internal audits.
