Job Description

About the Position

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience to handle Corporate Role. Candidate will directly report to Finance Head. Team of 2 people will report to this person who will be helping the Candidate to take care of all responsibilities.

Key Responsibility

Overall Accounting: Company has outsourced Accounting to a professional firm. Candidate will be expected to fully supervise accounting and activities of the consultant and ensure that all accounting requirements are met.

Treasury & Banking: We have various Working Capital Limits from Bank and VDs. Candidate will have to ensure that all requirements of banks are met, and we have cordial relations with FIs

Direct & Indirect Taxation: We have consultants who are managing various requirements. Candidate is expected to oversee activities of consultant and ensure all statutory requirements are met

Legal & Secretarial: We have consultants who are managing various requirements. Candidate is expected to oversee activities of consultant and ensure all Statutory requirements are met

Statutory Audit and Internal Audit: Candidate is expected to co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors and ensure that Audits are done smoothly and observation of Auditors are closed in a timely manner

Insurance: We have consultant who is managing various Insurance requirements of the Company. Candidate is expected to co-ordinate with Consultant for Various requirements and claims

Requirements & Qualifications

5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience

Strong presentation and Communication skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
