Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inter CA (Dropout) professional to support accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions for domestic and international clients in a KPO environment. The role involves end-to-end accounting processes, reconciliations, and coordination with onshore teams while ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accounting activities including bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support statutory, tax, and internal audits by preparing schedules and documentation
- Work on client-specific accounting requirements (US/UK/Australia/India as applicable)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and client SLAs
- Coordinate with onshore clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and process documentation
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience in KPO/BPO accounting processes
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, NetSuite)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a process-driven, deadline-oriented environment

- CA Inter (Group I / Group II cleared Dropout candidates welcome)
