Job Description: We are seeking a motivated
CA Fresher or
CA Inter cleared candidate to join our professional accounting and consulting firm. In this role, you will execution-level support across statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will work directly with seasoned Chartered Accountants and gain hands-on exposure to diverse client industries. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key ResponsibilitiesAudit & Assurance
- Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients.
- Verify financial statements, ledgers, and supporting vouchers.
- Identify internal control gaps and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS / Ind AS). [1, 2, 3, 4]
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file periodic GST returns and annual reconciliations.
- Compute monthly TDS liabilities and file quarterly TDS returns.
- Draft income tax computations and file returns for individuals and corporates.
- Assist in preparing documentation for income tax assessments and appeals. [1, 2]
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Review client bookkeeping and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in drafting financial statements, including Balance Sheets and P&L accounts.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical audit working papers. [1, 2]
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) OR CA Intermediate (Passed at least one or both groups).
- Experience: Completed 3 years of mandatory articleship (preferred for CA Inter) or newly qualified.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational grasp of Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and Audit standards.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and tax filing portals.
- Soft Skills: Clear verbal communication, analytical thinking, and ability to meet strict compliance deadlines. [1, 2, 3, 4]
